- What if my items is damaged, defective or I am otherwise displeased.
First, please contact us directly via phone or e-mail. Never, simply return an item.
If you require exchange or refund, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
If you purchase clothing, lingerie, gag gifts or other items, please notify us of any problems. We will issue you a RMA number with instructions on how to return the item. You must go through this process in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Oils and lubricants may not be exchanged
In order to receive an exchange item on one of our sex toys, please send the item directly to the manufacturer. The address will appear on the packaging. Include a letter stating what was found wrong with the item. Let us know if you need a refund, otherwise the item will be replaced by the manufacturer.
Replacement items will be shipped USPS at no expense to the customer. We are not responsible for shipping charges for exchanged items.
